To make sure that you are satisfied with the product(s) you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Once products are delivered to you as per the original order placed, there is no refund or exchange possible. As our products are perishable, all product sales are final.
1. Product might be damaged or spoiled during transit.
2. The product is not delivered frozen or at required temperature.
3. The product has manufacturing quality defect.
Note: In any of the case mentioned above, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer service through the contact us link on the website and mention the return of products along with the order number, and the date of delivery.
- Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours after the date of delivery.
- Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, Bharat Store Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
The refund will be initiated to your original payment account per your request.
Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from Bharat Store side upon receipt of your package.
If you choose Original Payment Account, specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after Bharat Store initiated).
Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
