All our orders are delivered by our in-house personal riders. They will get in touch with you once they reach your location.
Due to the nature of the item, products are packed and transported in insulated boxes to maintain the temperature and ensure they reach you in frozen condition itself.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:Products that have not been stored in the required storage condition of -18C or due to poor handling after receipt from our delivery agent, will not be accepted for return or refund.
Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
